The following Terms & Conditions are effective as of March 3, 2010, 1:00 PM Central Time.
We reserve the right to change our policies and fee schedule at any time.
If we suspect any fraud, we reserve the right to cancel orders, block your phone number, and report it to proper authorities without any prior notification to you.
1. We require that each customer reads, understands, and accepts these terms & conditions before buying.
2. Items are available in stock if they are displayed on our website and not marked SOLD.
3. All items are cleaned and tested for functionality. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely NO Refunds.
4. We do NOT provide any washer hoses and dryer/stove electric cords. Customer must provide BRAND NEW:
washer water hoses for hot & cold water supply
washer discharge hose for drainage
dryer electric cord (3 or 4 prong depending on your outlet)
dryer exhaust vent line with 2 clamps
stove electric cord (3 or 4 prong depending on your outlet)

Customer may purchase these accessories at Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, or Sears.
5. Customer has two options for purchasing: local delivery in Dallas-Fort Worth Texas or shipping to any US city. Customer cannot pick up merchandise locally.
6. Delivery and installation are provided for two separate additional charges. Both delivery and installation fees are required. Delivery and installation charges are shown in our delivery set up form.
* Delivery is defined as bringning of an item to your address and unloading it off our delivery truck in your driveway or parking lot regardless of the weather conditions.
* Installation is defined as bringning of the item indoors, and/or positioning the item into its designated place, and/or connecting the hoses and/or electric cord.
7. To order delivery and installation in Dallas Fort Worth, customer must click on Schedule Delivery Now Button and fill out all steps of the form.
8. We require minimum item price of $150 before tax and fees for ALL deliveries to Addison, Allen, Carrollton, Dallas, Decatur, Denton, Desoto, Frisco, Grapevine, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano, and Richardson.
9. We install washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, mattresses, beds, cribs. We do NOT install dishwashers or over the range microwaves.
10. We require that customer removes any obsticles such as furniture or vehicles in the driveway BEFORE delivery drver's arrival.
We will bill customer at the rate of $50 an hour if driver's installation time exceeds 45 minutes due to the customer's failure to remove furniture, vehicles, and old units out of the way.
11. Delivery and installation charges for side by side refrigerators and stackable washer-dryers must be paid upfront before the unit is unloaded off the truck. If customer fails to measure refrigerator space, doorways, hallways, etc. and compare with measurements provided on our website,
and the unit does not fit, delivery and installation fees will not be refunded.
12. dfwFurnitureStore.com collects sales tax on all purchases, deliveries, and fees at the rate of 8.25%. The sales taxes are paid to the State of Texas Comptroller's office. Displayed prices do not include tax. To calculate tax amount, add item price, delivery fee, installation fee, and multiply the sum by 0.0825. You may use Quick Calculator to see your total.
13. We offer 30-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for washers and dryers only. Replacement unit of our choice will be similar to the original machine. Customer is required to sign Warranty Contract at the time of delivery.
Customer will have to pay delivery and installation charge in cash at the time of a replacement arrival. Warranty is available for local deliveries only.
14. Any person placing an order for someone else or making a payment for items to be delivered to someone else's address must be present in person at the time of delivery at the delivery address.
15. The payment forms accepted are CASH ONLY (payable at the time of delivery). We accept credit cards for orders that are shipped. Absolutely NO checks or money orders. Any payments made in error are NON-refundable.
16. dfwFurnitureStore.com does not buy used furniture or appliances.
