The following Terms & Conditions are effective as of April 2, 2011, 1:00 PM Central Time.
We reserve the right to change our policies and fee schedule at any time.
If we suspect any fraud, we reserve the right to cancel orders, block your phone number, and report it to proper authorities without any prior notification to you.
1. We require that each customer reads, understands, and accepts these terms & conditions before buying.
2. Items are available in stock if they are displayed on our website and not marked SOLD.
3. We sell new and used merchandise. All used items are cleaned and tested for functionality. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue Refunds.
4. Payment forms accepted are credit cards only. We accept Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover cards. Absolutely NO cash, checks or money orders. Any payments made in error are NON-refundable.
5. Customer has two options for purchasing: local delivery in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, or shipping to any US city, or both (see item description). Customer cannot pick up merchandise locally.
6. All local deliveries in Dallas-Fort Worth can only be scheduled on our website during check-out process.
7. Delivery and installation are provided for two separate additional charges. Both delivery and installation fees are required for local deliveries. Delivery and installation charges are shown during check-out process.
* Delivery is defined as bringning of an item to your address and unloading it off our delivery truck in your driveway or parking lot regardless of the weather conditions.
-> $75.00 regular next day or later delivery (not same day)
-> $155.00 same-day express delivery (today)
* Installation is defined as bringning of the item indoors, and/or positioning the item into its designated place, and/or connecting the hoses and/or electric cord.
-> $50.00 First floor without any steps (loading dock ok)
-> $65.00 First floor with 1-4 steps
-> $75.00 Second floor with 5-20 steps (lower level with 5-20 steps)
-> $75.00 I have an elevator (second or higher floor, lower level, etc)
-> $150.00 Third floor (21-35 steps)
8. We require minimum item price of $200 before tax and fees for ALL deliveries to Addison, Allen, Carrollton, Dallas, Decatur, Denton, Desoto, Frisco, Grapevine, Lewisville, McKinney, Mesquite, Plano, Rockwall, and Richardson.
9. We install washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, mattresses, beds, cribs. We do NOT install dishwashers or over the range microwaves.
10. We do NOT provide any appliance accessories such as washer hoses and dryer/stove electric cords. Customer must provide own BRAND NEW:
washer water hoses for hot & cold water supply
washer discharge hose for drainage
dryer electric cord (3 or 4 prong depending on your outlet)
dryer exhaust vent line with 2 clamps
stove electric cord (3 or 4 prong depending on your outlet)

Customer may purchase these accessories at Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or Sears.
11. We require that customer removes any obsticles such as furniture or vehicles in the driveway BEFORE our delivery driver's arrival.
We will bill customer at the rate of $50 per hour if driver's installation time exceeds 45 minutes due to the customer's failure to remove furniture, vehicles, and old units out of the way.
12. Delivery and installation charges for side by side refrigerators and stackable washer-dryers are non-refundable. If customer fails to measure refrigerator space, doorways, hallways, etc. and compare with measurements provided on our website,
and the unit does not fit, delivery and installation fees will not be refunded.
13. dfwFurnitureStore.com collects sales tax on all purchases, deliveries, and fees at the rate of 8.25%. The sales taxes are paid to the State of Texas Comptroller's office. Displayed prices do not include tax. To calculate tax amount, add item price, delivery fee, installation fee, and multiply the sum by 0.0825. You may use Quick Calculator to see your total.
14. We offer 30-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for used washers and dryers only. Replacement unit of our choice will be similar to the original machine. Customer is required to sign Warranty Contract at the time of delivery.
Customer will have to pay delivery and installation charge by credit cardat the time of replacement warranty request. Warranty is available for local deliveries only.
15. Any person placing an order for someone else or making a payment for items to be delivered to someone else's address must be present in person at the time of delivery at the delivery address.
16. dfwFurnitureStore.com does not buy used furniture or appliances.
17. Prices are non-negotiable. Please no offers. dfwFurnitureStore.com does not accept any trade-ins.
